Black cars. Only black cars. Nothing else.

Audi’s Black Friday deal is very simple and uncompromising. It’s Black Friday. And we’re selling black cars. No white cars. No grey cars. Just black cars. It’s black and white. I was tasked with developing a distinct visual identity, art direction and tone of voice style for a Black Friday campaign. So we decided to create one that was as black and white in its tone as the deal itself.

Less but more

Everything is overly clear cut in look, feel and delivery. We created a minimal but incredibly impactful aesthetic for the campaign, utilisiing the iconic Audi rings and simplicity in design. An approach that stays true to the brands values of ‘less is more’ but also cuts through the clutter of traditional car campaigns.
