Evolve to energy independence

We were briefed to create a new brand identity for energy company ‘Manage my Power,’ positioning it as an accessible brand that empowers businesses to manage their energy consumption. This approach would de-couple it from the jargon-filled, complicated, energy category. The new positioning, naming, visual identity and logo needed to represent their human centred approach and innovative culture.

A brand identity from the ground up

It was important that the assets were distinctive and versatile for application across all elements from internal branding to external communications. ‘Manage My Power’ was renamed ‘Autonomy’ as a result of the brand strategy work that preceded the brand identity creation.

A progressive identity for an energy conscious brand

A clean and minimalist aesthetic was established for Autonomy; the nature of Autonomy is to bring greener and more cost effective energy consumption to businesses. A visual language was developed that reflected this proposition through plenty of negative space and a clean cool colour palette along with forward thinking and progressive architecture and form.
